Our mission
Careermap Connect was created to close the gap between education and employment. Too many young people leave school without clear, practical insight into the opportunities available to them. Teachers are under pressure to deliver careers education that is both meaningful and measurable, while employers need simple ways to engage with future talent.
Our mission is to bring all of this together in one trusted platform. By supporting schools to meet Gatsby Benchmarks and evidence progress to Ofsted, we aim to make careers education more consistent, accessible and impactful — ensuring every student has the knowledge, confidence and inspiration to shape their future.

The digital magazines for students and parents, alongside the online events have now given everyone an opportunity to learn about future careers and engage with employers and universities like never before.
The CareermapTV film crew have filmed on location at our school and helped us celebrate our high flying students as role models and an inspiration to others. The team were professional and a pleasure to work with. Also, the posters are a welcome addition to areas of the school where we can now showcase linking careers to our curriculum.
